I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

Thunderbird 3 has no Cloudmark toolbar.

Issue:

After installing Cloudmark DesktopOne for Thunderbird 3, the Toolbar will not appear.

Solution:

If you have Cloudmark DesktopOne in "basic" mode with Thunderbird 3 installed, please do the following:

  1. In Cloudmark DesktopOne accounts view, select Thunderbird as the active account.
  2. Restart Thunderbird. Upon restart, the Cloudmark Toolbar should appear in Thunderbird.

If you have Cloudmark DesktopOne installed in "pro" mode with Thunderbird 3 installed, please do the following:

  1. If you currently have the accounts view open, please close it and then restart it. Cloudmark DesktopOne will display a tooltip informing the user to restart Thunderbird 3.
  2. Restart Thunderbird. Upon restart the Cloudmark Toolbar should appear in Thunderbird.
