I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

Outlook will not open after Cloudmark DesktopOne is installed.

Issue:

After installing Cloudmark DesktopOne, Outlook will not open, and you receive the following error: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The file: C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try again. You might need to restart your computer."

Solution:

To resolve this issue, please reboot the computer where Cloudmark DesktopOne is installed.
