I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

Cloudmark DesktopOne is very slow when scanning an IMAP email account in Outlook 2007.

Issue:

Cloudmark DesktopOne may be very slow when automatically scanning an IMAP account in Outlook 2007.

Solution:

To resolve this problem, follow these instructions:

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Options.
  3. On the Mail Setup tab, click the Send/Receive button.
  4. Select your Group Name.
  5. Click the Edit button.
  6. Under Account Options > Receive Mail Items, uncheck "Download Headers for Subscribed Folders," and check "Download Complete Items Including Attachments for Subscribed Folders."
  7. Click the Apply button.
  8. Click the OK button.
  9. Restart Outlook.
