Problems With Cloudmark DesktopOne And Thunderbird 3 When Using Multiple Profiles

Issue:

When attempting to use Cloudmark DesktopOne on an instance of Thunderbird 3 with multiple profiles, odd behavior may occur. Email folders configured for automatic scanning may disappear randomly from Cloudmark DesktopOne's configuration window, for example, or configuration settings may not stay set, resetting back to defaults after restarting your email program or Cloudmark DesktopOne.

Solution:

Unfortunately, using Cloudmark DesktopOne on Thunderbird 3 with multiple profiles is not supported at this time. This is something Cloudmark hopes to support in the future, but no release date has been announced.
