I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

The count of new messages is wrong for my IMAP account in Outlook 2007.

Issue:

After installing Cloudmark DesktopOne, the number of new arrival emails keeps changing, showing more or fewer than the actual number of new messages.

Solution:

To resolve this problem, follow these instructions:

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Options
  3. On the Mail Setup tab, click the Send/Receive button.
  4. Select your Group Name.
  5. Click the Edit button.
  6. Under Account Options > Receive Mail Items, uncheck "Download Headers for Subscribed Folders," and check "Download Complete Items Including Attachments for Subscribed Folders."
  7. Click the Apply button.
  8. Click the OK button.
  9. Restart Outlook.
