I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

The Accounts window displays my Outlook IMAP account twice.

Issue:

After you add an Outlook IMAP account to Cloudmark DesktopOne, it may appear twice in the Accounts window: Once under Outlook and once as a separate entry.

Solution:

This is expected behavior at this time.

To configure the Cloudmark DesktopOne settings for the IMAP account, click the Configure... link under the Outlook account settings. Ignore the separate entry for the IMAP account.
