I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

I changed my email storage location for Thunderbird 3, and now DesktopOne will not scan my email

Issue:

After changing the default email storage location in Thunderbird 3, Cloudmark DesktopOne no longer filters messages. In DesktopOne's configuration screen for the Thunderbird 3 account, email folders are grayed out.

Solution:

To resolve this problem, Thunderbird 3 must be forced to rewrite the configuration file that Cloudmark DesktopOne reads.

How to force Thunderbird to rewrite the configuration file

  1. In the Thunderbird mail window, drag any message from any folder to any other folder.

(You can drag it back later.)

  2. Restart Thunderbird 3.
