I cannot login I don't have a My Cloudmark account

I can't add my Yahoo! email account to Cloudmark DesktopOne.

Issue:

When adding a Yahoo! email account to Cloudmark DesktopOne, you may encounter the following error:

Wrong account name and/or password. The server responded: -ERR [SYS/PERM] pop not allowed for user..

In order to use Yahoo email with Cloudmark DesktopOne, your Yahoo! account must support POP. Free Yahoo! email accounts do not support POP.

Solution:

To solve this problem you must upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus. See the Yahoo! Web site for more information:
