I purchased a subscription, but I don't have my activation code.

Issue:

When you purchase your Cloudmark Desktop subscription through the online store (not through the toolbar), you should receive an email message containing an activation code. If you did not receive your activation code or you no longer have it, you can retrieve it online.

Solution:

How to retrieve your activation code

  1. Open your browser and go to this Web site:
    http://www.findmyorder.com
  2. Enter one of the following:
    • your Order Number and Password

      or

    • your email address and the last 5 digits of your credit card.
  3. Click Find.

    Your order information is displayed, including your activation code.

    To use your activation code, open the Cloudmark menu and select Enter Activation Code.... The activation code is case- and hyphen-sensitive, so we recommend using Copy and Paste to enter the code in the dialog box.
