On Windows 2000, Cloudmark Desktop for Mozilla Thunderbird may ask you each time you log in whether you want to transfer your subscription to this computer. This is caused by a missing file in Windows 2000.
To resolve this problem, download and install Service Pack 4 (SP4) for Windows 2000 from the Microsoft Support site:
