Logging in to My Cloudmark

When you upgrade to Pro mode, you choose a login and password for My Cloudmark. If you forget your password, you can reset it at any time.

How to log in to My Cloudmark

  1. Point your browser to My Cloudmark.

    The Login page appears.

  2. Enter the email address and password you chose when you purchased your subscription.
  3. Click Log In.

    The Account Summary page appears.

    • To change your name, email address, or password, click the Edit button under Account Information.
    • To add, edit, or remove a credit card, click one of the buttons under Billing Information.
    • To manage licenses for your computers or to renew your subscription, click the Manage button under License Information.
