Blocking spam and phishing

Cloudmark DesktopOne provides two ways to block spam and phishing:

Whenever you block a message, or a message is automatically caught on its way to your Inbox, the message is moved to the spam folder in your mailbox. Cloudmark DesktopOne creates this folder automatically.

Look inside your spam folder periodically to check for any legitimate messages that may have been mistaken for spam or phishing.

If a legitimate message is mistaken for spam or phishing, you can unblock that message to ensure that you receive similar messages in the future. See Unblocking legitimate messages.
