Uninstalling Cloudmark DesktopOne
If you wish, you can completely remove Cloudmark DesktopOne from your computer. If you are having trouble with the software, removing it and then re-installing it may help.
If you want to use Cloudmark DesktopOne Pro on a second computer after uninstalling it on the first computer, you should remove the license from the first computer in My Cloudmark. A Cloudmark DesktopOne Pro subscription comes with two licenses, good for two computers. Removing a license frees one of those licenses. You don't have to uninstall Cloudmark DesktopOne Pro to remove the license. If you remove the license without uninstalling, a license expiration warning appears on Cloudmark DesktopOne the next time it starts and Cloudmark DesktopOne functions in Basic Mode.
