About Cloudmark DesktopOne

Cloudmark DesktopOne is a simple, accurate spam-blocker for email that runs independently from your email client. It filters spam, phishing, and email-borne viruses whenever your computer is on, even if your email application is not open. It consists of these components:

The Accounts Control Panel

The Accounts control panel is where you select the email accounts that you want to filter and configure your filtering options.

An email toolbar

If you have one of the supported email applications listed below, DesktopOne installs a toolbar like this one in your email window:

Use the toolbar to manually scan a folder or block and unblock messages. See Using the toolbar.

Email Clients Supported:

Outlook 2002/2003/2007/2010*, Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird 3, Thunderbird 5, IMAP/POP. Supported versions of Outlook 2010: Office Home and Business/Professional (installed from a DVD/CD) 32-bit, 64-bit. For Outlook XP 2002 you need to be running Windows XP SP3.
