Filtering your email accounts

When you use Cloudmark DesktopOne in basic mode, you can filter one email account at a time. You use the Accounts window to select the email account you want to filter.

How to filter an email account

  1. Open the Accounts window.

    One account may already be displayed here, if you have one configured in Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird. If it is already being filtered, then it is highlighted in green. If not, you can click Turn On Filtering to filter this account, or proceed to the next step to select a different account.

  2. Click Change Account.

    A pop-up list of available accounts appears. These are the accounts that are already configured in your email application.

  3. Select the email account to filter.

    The selected email account now appears in the Accounts window.
