About My Cloudmark

As a DesktopOne Pro subscriber, you can manage your subscription online using My Cloudmark. Log in to My Cloudmark to do any of the following:

  • Edit your contact information
  • Add, change, or delete a credit card for billing
  • Purchase licenses for additional computers
  • Enable or disable licenses on computers where DesktopOne is installed
  • Renew your subscription manually or enable automatic renewal

How to manage your subscription

  1. Point your browser to My Cloudmark.

    The Login page appears.

  2. Enter the email address and password you chose when you purchased your subscription.
  3. Click Log In.

    The Account Summary page appears.

    • To change your name, email address, or password, click the Edit button under Account Information.
    • To add, edit, or remove a credit card, click one of the buttons under Billing Information.
    • To manage licenses for your computers or to renew your subscription, click the Manage button under License Information.
