Filtering an email account

When you install Cloudmark DesktopOne, it automatically detects the email accounts that are already configured on your computer in any of these email applications:

  • Mail
  • Outlook 2011
  • Mozilla Thunderbird

You can use the Accounts window to add other accounts.

How to add an email account for filtering

  1. Launch Cloudmark DesktopOne.

    The Accounts window opens. Email accounts that are already configured are displayed here.

  2. Click Add Account... to open the pop-up menu.
  3. Select the type of email account you want to add, either Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird.
  4. Click Finished.

    The account you configured is now enabled for filtering.
