Removing a sender from the Approved Senders list

You can remove one sender from your Approved Senders list, or you can empty your entire Approved Senders list.

How to remove an entry from the Approved Senders list

  1. Open the Accounts window.

    See Using the Accounts window.

  2. Next to the account where you receive messages from this sender, click Configure....

    The account settings window appears.

  3. Click the Approved Senders tab.
  4. In the Approved Senders list, select the email address you want to remove.
  5. Click the minus (-) button.

    The email address disappears from the Approved Senders list.

  6. Click OK to close the account settings window.
