Changing an entry in the Approved Senders list

If you enter an email address incorrectly in your Approved Senders list, or if a sender's email address changes, you can change the Approved Senders list entry.

How to change a Approved Senders list entry

  1. Open the Accounts control panel.

    See Using the Accounts control panel.

  2. Next to the account where you receive messages from this sender, click Configure....

    The Account Settings window appears.

  3. Click the Approved Senders tab.
  4. In the Approved Senders list, select the email address you want to change.
  5. Click the Edit button.

    The Edit Approved Senders list Address window appears.

  6. Edit the email address as desired.
  7. Click OK to close the Edit Approved Senders window.
  8. Click OK to close the Account Settings window.
