Changing an entry in the Approved Senders list
If you enter an email address incorrectly in your Approved Senders list, or if a sender's email address changes, you can change the Approved Senders list entry.
How to change a Approved Senders list entry
- Open the Accounts control panel.
See Using the Accounts control panel.
- Next to the account where you receive messages from this sender, click Configure....
The Account Settings window appears.
- Click the Approved Senders tab.
- In the Approved Senders list, select the email address you want to change.
- Click the Edit button.
The Edit Approved Senders list Address window appears.
- Edit the email address as desired.
- Click OK to close the Edit Approved Senders window.
- Click OK to close the Account Settings window.
