About Cloudmark DesktopOne
Cloudmark DesktopOne is a simple, accurate spam-blocker for email that runs independently from your email client. It filters spam, phishing, and email-borne viruses whenever your computer is on, even if your email application is not open. It consists of these components:
- The Accounts Control Panel

The Accounts control panel is where you select the email account that you want to filter and configure your filtering options.

- When you use DesktopOne in basic mode, the Accounts control panel allows you to configure exactly one email account for automatic filtering. When you purchase a Cloudmark subscription, DesktopOne can filter as many accounts as you like, including Microsoft Exchange accounts. See Upgrading to Pro Mode
- An email toolbar
- If you have one of the supported email applications listed below, DesktopOne installs a toolbar like this one in your email window:

Use the toolbar to manually block and unblock messages.

Email Clients Supported:
Outlook 2002/2003/2007/2010*, Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird 3, Thunderbird 5, IMAP/POP. Supported versions of Outlook 2010: Office Home and Business/Professional (installed from a DVD/CD) 32-bit, 64-bit. For Outlook XP 2002 you need to be running Windows XP SP3.
